We can arrange bridging loans from £26,000, with no fixed upper lending limit, and a high loan to value (LTV) ratio of up to 85% (up to 100% funding available with extra security). We will consider all types of property throughout the UK as security, including; residential, commercial, developments, non conforming property, and land, in any combination. Market leading rates from 1% are available, and loan terms ranging from 1 day to 1 year plus can be arranged. Funds are generally available within 5-7 days from initial contact, however, we can often provide funding in as little as 24 hours if required. We can also arrange the facility for funds to be available for staged draw down as and when required (subject to LTV).

We are committed to providing advantageous repayment terms. If required, we can arrange for interest to be added to the loan account, giving you a payment holiday, and possibly meaning that you won't have to make any payments until you're ready to redeem the loan. Although bridging finance usually works on an interest only basis, we can arrange the facility for staged capital repayments to be made in order to reduce the amount owed and therefore the interest paid. We can arrange for loans to be renewable (extendable) at end of term, with no renewal fee and no redemption fee should you choose to pay the loan off early.
