The Application and Completion Process

Depending upon the details of your proposal we can often make bridging loans available within 24-48 hours, however we usually advise clients to allow 5-7 days if possible. Timescales for commercial mortgage completions are determined on an individual basis.

  4. If a valuation is required we can instruct an approved company on your behalf.
  5. The lender underwrites the case.
  6. Legal documents are issued for you to sign and return.
  7. Completion! Your funds are transferred.
